Hornbill

Hornbill iya nya dikumbai ibanese burung kenyalang ti pemandu di kerimduka urang di Borneo. Burung tu nyau ka punas lenyau midang ari perening mata. Nyalai burung tu dijaga ari dpunaska. Kebuah pia, laban deka nyadi ka dagang temuai ( tourism attraction) ngambika neguhka agi ekonomi bumi Borneo tu. The hornbills (Bucerotidae) are characterized by a long, down-curved bill which is frequently brightly colored and sometimes has a casque on the upper mandible. The family is omnivorous, feeding on fruit and small animals. They are monogamous breeders nesting in natural cavities in trees and sometimes cliffs.The rhinoceros hornbill (Buceros rhinoceros) is found in Borneo, Sumatra, Java, the Malay Peninsula, Singapore, and southern Thailand and is one of the largest hornbills, adults being approximately the size of a swan. In captivity it can live for up to 90 years. The rhinoceros hornbill is the state bird of the Malaysian state of Sarawak and the country's National Bird. Some Dayak people, especially the Ibanic groups, believe it to be the chief of worldly birds.
